A £25 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the date will not be reserved and will be released to the public. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
Cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event, via email to enquiries@myperfectparties.co.uk. Any changes to the number of Teepees or Party Extras will still be charged as per the invoice issued by My Perfect Parties. If you cancel your event within the 14-day period, you will not receive a refund. Instead, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a voucher credit to use for another event within 12 months. No cash refunds will be issued. Once full payment has been made, if you cancel, the only option will be a gift voucher for future use. Gift Vouchers / Credits are none transferable.
My Perfect Parties will make every effort to reschedule your booking to a mutually convenient date. If a new date cannot be arranged, the booking fee will be forfeited. If fully payment has been paid you will be offered a voucher credit to use for another event within 12 months.
If any of your guests show signs of sickness or diarrhoea, we kindly ask that you inform us so we can reschedule your event. We require these symptoms to have cleared for at least 48 hours (similar to school policies) in order to proceed with the setup to avoid spreading illness.
When booking, only the booking fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before the event and is non-refundable. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of your booking, and you will forfeit the booking fee.
My Perfect Parties is committed to punctuality and ensures all events are set up before 4pm, unless otherwise requested.
10 days before your event, you will receive an email confirming your setup and collection times. Please note that factors outside our control, such as traffic or weather, may cause delays. In these rare cases, we will contact you to inform you of any changes. The full event will still be delivered where possible, but refunds or partial refunds will not be offered due to delays.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate parking is provided directly outside your home and to cover any associated parking costs. Additionally, any changes to the venue or times must be communicated as soon as possible.
My Perfect Parties cannot guarantee availability if changes are made to the venue or times, and the price may vary based on these changes.
Congestion charges are not included in the booking fee and must be paid on the day of the event.
If the final balance is not paid 14 days before the event, My Perfect Parties reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for the cost of any damages to equipment during the hire period. Payment must be made upon collection via BACS or Apple Pay.
We have a strict no-pet policy. While we love your furry friends, it is essential they do not come into contact with any tents, bedding, or equipment.
Please ensure that all furniture is moved before our arrival to allow space for the tents and equipment to be set up.
All tents have an age restriction of 3+ for safety. Smoking or Vaping is not permitted in or around the equipment.
