Our Mini Package is perfect for smaller venues and home hires.

Add a theme to your soft play package for £30.
When you add a theme we will add plush toys, and vinyl to your soft play in the theme you select to fully decorate it.
If your set up includes a balloons, these will also be themed.

Soft Play & Bouncy Castle Hire – Setup, Delivery & Important Info
On the day of your party, a member of our team will arrive at your chosen venue during your allocated time slot to set up your soft play package. After your event, we’ll return to pack everything away, leaving you free to enjoy the day without any hassle.
Hire Duration:
Venue soft play hire is for four hours from the point of setup. If you require additional time, it will be charged at £10 per hour. We will collect your soft play five hours from the time we arrive for setup, allowing one hour for setup and four hours of hire time. For example, if you book an 11am setup, your collection will be at 4pm.
(Please note: the time limit does not apply to home hires, which are all day). Our first setup time is 8am, and the last collection is 8pm.
Free Delivery Area:
We offer free delivery and collection within a 20-mile radius, covering areas in and around Cannock, Lichfield, Rugeley, Stafford, Staffordshire. If you're located between 20–25 miles away, a small fuel fee of £10 applies.
Setup Times:
All packages require 60 minutes to set up. Please ensure your venue is accessible both before and after your event to allow sufficient time for setup and collection. We require a parking space directly outside the venues access door.
Bouncy Castle Requirements:
Outdoor Setups:
We offer outdoor soft play hire from April to August, weather permitting. Only our Mini, Midi, and Maxi packages are suitable for gardens; however, the bouncy castle is not available for outdoor setups.
An additional £50 refundable deposit is required for all outdoor bookings. This will be returned after collection, provided the equipment is in the same condition it was delivered in.
If booking an outdoor setup, please also provide a Plan B indoor space in case of rain or high winds, along with a photo of the alternative space for approval. We monitor forecasts using BBC Weather and the Met Office. If poor weather is expected, we will not proceed with an outdoor setup. If no suitable indoor alternative is available on arrival, your booking will be cancelled without a refund.
To secure your soft play booking, a £25 non-refundable booking fee is required within 24 hours of making your reservation. This fee will be deducted from your total balance, which is due 2 weeks before your event date.
For outdoor hires, a £50 refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to confirm your booking. The full package price is then due 2 weeks prior to setup. The deposit will be refunded after collection, provided the equipment is returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Please note: Food, drinks, slime, face paint, glitter, or arts and crafts are not permitted on the the soft play. Additionally, we will not set up at your event if a face painter is present at the party. No refund will be given.
Bookings are not confirmed until the appropriate fee or deposit has been received.
