My Perfect Parties – Terms and Conditions (Collection-Only Orders: Balloon Stacks, Bubble Balloons, Heliums, Gender Reveal Balloons, Bobos)
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order with us and paying your booking fee, you are agreeing to the following terms.
By using My Perfect Parties, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update or change them at any time without notice.
Booking
- An order is only considered confirmed once a £25 deposit or 50% of the total cost (depending on order value) is paid. This will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
- This fee secures your date in our diary and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before your collection date.
- Once the final balance is paid, the booking cannot be changed or cancelled, and the full amount becomes non-refundable.
Payments
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or through a secure payment link provided by us.
- If the booking fee is not paid, your order will not be confirmed, and no materials will be ordered.
Cancelling and Rescheduling
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your order up to 2 weeks before the collection date. If eligible, your booking fee can be transferred to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability and at our discretion.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; however:
- Booking fees are non-refundable, as materials are sourced as soon as your order is confirmed.
- If the final balance has been paid, the full amount becomes non-refundable, and the order cannot be cancelled or amended.
Changes to Orders
- No items can be removed from your order once materials have been purchased.
- Additional items may be added if there are at least 14 days before your collection date.
- Colour changes may incur additional costs depending on what has already been ordered or prepared.
Collection Policy
- All collection orders must be picked up at the agreed date and time from our premises.
- Please arrive on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period for collections.
- Late arrivals may result in your order not being available if we have other appointments. If you miss your collection slot, rescheduling is at our discretion and may incur a rebooking fee.
- Once collected, the care and transport of your balloons is your responsibility.
Responsibility on Collection
- You (or the person collecting on your behalf) will be asked to inspect the balloons before leaving.
- Once items are collected, My Perfect Parties is not responsible for any damage, deflation, or loss.
- By accepting your order at collection, you agree that the items were in good condition when they left our premises.
Weather Conditions
- Balloons are sensitive to temperature changes.
- Do not leave balloons in a hot or cold car, as this may cause them to pop or deflate.
- We are not liable for damage or deflation due to weather exposure or improper transport once the balloons have left our premises.
Personalised Orders
- Please double-check spellings of names or messages on your balloons when placing your order.
- We are not responsible for mistakes in personalised content once your order has been confirmed.
- Any changes after confirmation may not be possible or may incur an additional charge, subject to availability.
Photography & Social Media
- We may take photos of your order before or during collection for use on our website and social media.
- If you do not wish your items to be photographed or shared, please notify us in writing when placing your order.
Material & Handling Notes
- We use only high-quality materials, but balloons are delicate and must be handled with care.
- Bubble balloons and foil balloons are especially sensitive to temperature and handling.
- Transport balloons indoors, in a clear area of your vehicle, with seats folded down to create space.
- Keep sharp objects and heavy items away from your balloons.
- If the weather is hot, ensure the air conditioning is on, windows are closed, and balloons are not left in the car unattended.
Safety Notice
- Balloons can pose a choking hazard. Please keep them out of reach of small children unless supervised.
- We recommend all balloons are secured or weighted down to prevent injury or loss.
Disclaimer
- We cannot guarantee how long balloons will last once collected, as conditions vary.
- Care instructions are provided at collection. Failure to follow them may reduce the lifespan of your balloons.
- Once collected, balloons are your responsibility.
